ACCOMMODATION - MINOLI AND GEANGE RESIDENCE FREE 5/5

BROtaki, a little town outside Wellington was our first stop of the day. A mate has opened a gallery studio - Hori, so we stopped to check it out. It was pretty awesome with some incredible artwork and clothes in store. After a wind proof cover went flying in the wind, we realised the importance of bungee cords. Tackling the wind and motorway was a bit hectic for Karine but she pushed through like a champ with some help through the walkie talkies.  As soon as we arrived the rain bucketed down, perfect timing thanks to the weather gods. We headed to Te Papa to check out the Gallipoli exhibition, and grab some warmer clothes as I discovered that one sweatshirt and no thermals would not cut the mustard.

Menu - Chicken and bacon carbonara with mushroom sauce 7/10 But the great company pushes it up to 9/10
